The Sacred Temple Fitness Philosophy

The human body is sacred, worthy of respect, and is regarded as having within it a divine presence. 
Sacred Temple Fitness is unique in that we combine physical exercise with intention and breath-work in order to consciously bring to balance the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of oneself. When aligned in this way, we are able to strengthen the connection to our individual gifts, strengths, and talents.

What can you expect during our training sessions?

Our first session will be dedicated to discussing your goals as well as incorporating your intention that’s driving them.

First, and foremost, my desire is to design programs that are not only fun, but safe and effective so that you may achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. Ill perform a postural assessment, review your medical and exercise history, go over any medications and/or supplements that you are currently taking. In addition, we’ll also discuss your eating habits and other topics that may be important for me to gain insight into your additional lifestyle habits that may get in your way of achieving what it is you desire to accomplish. The sessions will include exercises that promote balance and coordination, increased core strength and stability, improvement of overall stamina and endurance, as well as promoting total body strength and flexibility.

What is so important about intention?

I look at knowing your intention as something deeper and more visceral than motivation. Motivation can be a powerful force to get you started but it doesn’t keep most people going. This is why gyms are more full of memberships than members that actually use the gym. When allowing yourself to discover your WHY-the emotional component that drives your intention and allow yourself to connect to it-nothing can stop you from achieving your goals. This then becomes the driving force that carries us to what it is we truly desire. It helps us to become inspired. When you are inspired to do something, you have now activated a driving force and a deep level of authenticity within you that’s unstoppable and undeniable. This is the space where we connect to the flow of life. This is the Sacred Temple Fitness philosophy in action.

Our training sessions can be in a location of your choice, including:

  • Training in the comfort of a local, private  gym
  • In-House training
  • Group classes in neighborhood parks.

Other services I provide include:

  • Meditation/Breathwork
  • PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) sessions which helps with muscle and joint discomfort, swelling, bruising, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, and helps to provide an overall feeling of well being.
